Kyle's Mission Call

This was an exciting day for us all. Kyle is excited, anxious and a bit nervous, but happy to serve where the Lord calls him too. February 16, 2011 Kyle reports to the Brazil Mission Training Center were he will learn Portuguese. He will actually leave the morning before so he will be able to arrive on the 16th.

Trip to Utah

Brent, Kyle and I went to General Conference. We had a great time. One of the places we went was Welfare Square. It was very exciting to see how the Church takes care of the world in time of need.

We love to go to Conference, as always it was a wonderful Conference, I can't wait for the November Ensign to come so I can read it. We stayed with Shawn and Carissa, we always feel so welcome staying at their house. Thank you.

Five years since...

In John 3:16 it says,"For God so loved to world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
It has been five years, (yesterday) since Jared's accident. This scripture gives me great comfort, knowing that "I know that God lives", and that Jared knows "that God lives." I know that Thur our faithfulness we will have everlasting life in the Celestial Kingdom.

Football Season

Brock was home this week-end. Here is a picture of my boys all watching Football. I love this picture, we were only missing Shawn to truly be all the boys. Porter likes being with the boys.

Kyle and the other driver walked away from the wreck. Kyle had some bumps and bruises and was very sore for a couple of days, but very blessed.
